Liberian by nationality and a development practitioner professionally. I am a trained vocational teacher, social scientist, and one who aspires to touch, in a positive way, the lives of people-especially the destitute, so as to make them contributors to their own development and welfare as well as the development of their societies/communities. My training and working experience have made me develop skills in planning, management, project/programme design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, including financial management, energy and environment, and good governance. I have also gained extensive experience in humanitarian relief operations, crisis prevention and recovery activities and sustainable human development issues. I can cope and work in very stressful situations, as well as multi-cultural environments. I possess good leadership skills as well as being very poised and mature.
