Andrew Ayirebi is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer and business leader with over 22 years of experience in the automobile, power generation, mining, and extractive industries. A graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), he has further enhanced his leadership capabilities through studies in Sales Leadership and Management at NewBridge Institute and Mining Leadership at the David Eccles School of Business. He is also a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers.

For the past 19 years, Andrew has been with Weir, a global leader in mining technology and services, where he has played a key role in delivering innovative mining solutions, advanced technologies, and aftermarket support across West Africa. His expertise spans mineral processing systems, project execution, business development, and operational optimization. Combining technical excellence, commercial insight, and strategic leadership, he has built strong partnerships that drive productivity, efficiency, and sustainable growth. Andrew is married and a proud father of four.
