Hon. Marilyn T. Logan is Director General of the Liberia Petroleum Regulatory Authority (LPRA). She has a distinguished career in the oil and gas sector, including leadership roles as Manager of Training and Development, Head of Administration and Officer-in-Charge at the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL). She co-chaired the transitional committee that established the LPRA, laying a strong governance and regulatory foundation for Liberia's oil and gas industry. She also directed corporate affairs at Jeety Trading Corporation, improving sales, profitability and regulatory compliance. At the LPRA she drives strategic initiatives aligned with international best practice, fostering a transparent and progressive operating environment. She holds an MBA in Management and Finance from the University of Liberia.
