Mentor Zahn Kotee is an energy expert with extensive experience leading major energy projects across Liberia, working with international partners including the World Bank, the African Development Bank, the European Union and the German government through KfW, as well as advancing energy projects for the Government of Liberia. As Assistant Director for the National Electricity Grid at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, he oversees all grid-related policy issues, driving change and ensuring robust energy infrastructure development.
