Peter Raw is a Civil Engineer who qualified in 1992 from the University of Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. After completing his studies, he was immediately exposed to cross border work which became the basis for his construction career over the last three decades.

His first period of his construction life was spent working for Murray and Roberts, in the Southern African countries surrounding South Africa. In 2004 he joined WBHO Construction, and after a brief period in South Africa, he was once again deployed outside of South Africa. Starting in the Middle East for a year and a half, before once again returning to Africa where he has been involved in projects in multiple countries over the years. More recently, the entry into Liberia as WBHO-SC after years of courting various oportunities resulted in the execution of two major projects in the country.
