Yusu Mao is a Senior Analyst at CRU in the Steel Raw Materials Team, where she is responsible for iron ore market research and analysis, with a particular focus on pellet, DRI and green steel markets.

Yusu has been with CRU for six years. Prior to her current role, she focused on finished steel market analysis, covering the Northeast Asian steel market and the European stainless market, while also contributing to long-term steel market forecasts.

Yusu holds a BSc and an MSc in Economics from University College London. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
